Our new Paste Manager System is a drop in replacement to any dual squeegee SMT printer. All you need to do is route a 12V power line from the supplied universal power supply to your squeegee head, and Velcro attach our Automated Controller. Connect the two squeegees to the controller and you are ready to roll! (Excuse the pun!). The breakthrough with this new technology is a thin sliding blade, which shears the solder paste from the squeegee blade, after each and every print stroke. Transition Automation's highly engineered squeegee products bring a quality boost to Electronics Manufacturers who want to have their lines running continuously without interruption for many months.

The controller we designed for this system fits in the palm of your hand. Stick it with Velcro to the squeegee head inside your machine, and simply rout the 12V power line within or alongside your wire guide leading to your squeegee head. Plug it in, and turn the power on. The system is ready to serve you. You can set the number of clean cycles you wish to have for each print stroke, (one is all you should need). You can also set a limit, which the controller will count cycles and alert you when this limit is reached.
Some companies are trying to convert users from Dual Squeegee printing to Closed head printing systems. These systems we are told are very complicated, there are numerous parts, and worst of all, we hear that you have to open them up and clean them at least once a week.
